Every country will be able to enter The European Broadcasting Union are to expand the Eurovision Song Contest to two days, it has been announced. While the big EBU paymasters will still have guarenteed entry in the Saturday final, the new look contest will also involve a "pre-qualifier" round on the Friday night, which will select from the "best" of the rest to partake. This will change the system wherby in recent years, the lowest ranking countries in the contest have been excluded from the following years event. The new-look contest will debut in 2004.
